whats new sweets?

My hatch was on Friday Eve I think, lol   17 ice chicks, 10 OE and 8 serama. 

but the big thing that happened was.....

I have a male gosling and two girls hatched Saturday too!!  so out of six eggs, one clear, one early DIS, and one zipped and stuck overnight Dead half head out.  I am happy that any hatched as those air cells were horrible, the funny thing was that I barely turned them and none were mals at the end!

Hope Easter was nice, kids enjoyed it.  Have been doing more and more and trying to get cleaned up and renovations on the porch done so we can get to the pool and a new roof on.

WOOHOO!! Congrats!!

Been business as usual here. It's deathly hot at Kristin's place, I've got a broody, it's spring everywhere but Canada, more cute goat pics, and we're all gonna drown in gunfire.
 
:barnie hey guys I need to pick your brains. I just had someone I sold 16 Chicks 2 last week message me and say all but four have died. I told her to use medicated feed and I don't know if she did and suggested corrid even though I don't know if that is the problem. She says she built a mama heating pad and put them in a box with wire cover and pine shavings it is an old gardening type box. Other than temperature and coccidia I don't know what to suggest all of my chicks that I still have are fine.

Damp bedding? I lost one last week when they spilled water and bedding got damp. It rained and temp dropped a bit, and they all were chilled.

Teflon bulbs? I almost bought some by mistake the other day. Doesn't seen like they would get overheated with the mhp.

I can text her and ask on The Damp bedding we have had a lot of rain. But she said they have been dying a few at a time.

she said yes, they got a little damp but they have a heat lamp and a mother heating pad. I know that's still not enough if they got a child. Any suggestions
