Mystery Meat days are the best! I get those on some packages when we process, we end up using the wrong labeled bag and I have to decide if it's brisket or what inside. XD

I heart brisket but slow cooked.. It feels like Steak Shaped. It about thawed but don't want to ruin the surprise element. Waiting for grouch mouse spouse to come home and open it. It might just be a membership to the jelly of the month club. The gift that just keeps on giving!
