Are you entering any of the decorating contests for Halloween?

I entered Kendra in the costume one and an egg-a-piller in the egg one. Haven't got the fall one of the birds done yet...we got snow instead of autumn leaves. You?

I checked preferences, and I see lots of checked boxes except the the one at the bottom that says "tag to text" or something like that. Hey, I never said I was the brightest crayon in the box!

My first smoker I had I converted an old charcoal grill to make it. I now have a propane grill cause it was getting tough on me to do all the work for a charcoal one. I still smoke in it though. I soak wood chips and make a pan out of foil that I stick inside the grill. Then I keep the other side of it unlit where I put the meat. It works but not as good as my old make shift one.

How bad did Duplin  Co. get hit? Do you know? I know a guy there, in a place called Six Runs. Used to trial bird dogs with him.

Not familiar with six runs but Duplin county touches us on the south. Haven't ventured out much but from what I've heard the whole area took a pretty solid hit.

Wow, I'm so glad that you didn't sustain any damage.  I have been seeing photos and some stories on facebook.  The damage is incredible.  My thoughts go out to the families of the almost 40 people that lost their lives in Matthew.  

How exciting!!  The twins are almost here.  Do you have a C-section scheduled?  How many weeks along is she?  With twins does she deliver at less than 40 weeks?  I wish you and your family the absolute best!!!

Yes, we have a C-section scheduled for the 21st. She will be 37 weeks on thurs.
