I usually keep one by the feeder but sometimes another by the nest boxes.
I use pint size cage cups. You just have to put them somewhere it doesn't rain in them. They're only $1.25 each.

Computer fans are dirt cheap online if you have a 12 volt power supply. 120 volt fans aren't as common.
That's a good idea, though, here I would be refilling them daily I think lol. I use something like this for my turkeys. I just set it up on a table in their coop.
I have an extra one laying around that I may start using for the chickens too. My homemade one works but it's raggedy.
Or tomorrow.
I hate that we don't have early voting here in MO.
I went to my polling place right at 6AM. BIG mistake. I should have gone at 4 since I was awake already.
The line (in the rain) zigzagged through city hall, went out the door across and down the parking lot and out onto the road. Probably about 800 people.
What is insane about this and has me steaming is that in affluent west county there are no lines. You can walk right in, up to the machine and do your thing.
It would be different if this was the first time. It has been like this for the last 3 presidential elections. I waited 5 hours for one and 3 for another.
My wife has to leave for work at 7:30 so no way can she vote before work. She'll have to get in line by 7 and then possibly stand there till 8 or 9 tonight.
The majority of my neighbors are black. I'm convinced this problem is to limit the number of AAs that can vote. They still have to go to work. Republican dominated areas, no lines, Democrat dominated areas, hours in line. FIX IT ALREADY!!!
OK, really cheap then.
Oh wow, unbelievable! Even when we lived down in the city, or polling station line would only take a half hour to get through at the most. Up here, it's shocking if you have to wait in a line at all. I can't even imagine a line like that!
