10 Successful babies so far! 2 Over achievers started pipping on Lockdown on Sunday night, and were out within a couple of hours! Each day at least 1 to 2 chicks hatched! I took chicks out as they hatched and fluffed up. I then sprayed water in on the eggs for Humidity steadyness. I am still hopeful for the remaining 4 eggs, however I believe 1 of them is not viable due to the lack of movement and that I can't see any veins anymore. I thought it was the draw down. There are 2 others that were still moving around in there, but no internal pips yet as of last night. I will check again tonight, after work. Turkey eggs will stay in for a few more days, they had good movement last night, I have been turning them a couple time a day, since lockdown while taking out the chicks and spraying.
Thank you, sir
Quote: Never thought of either of those......duhhhhh.
Thanks.
I bought this one from TSC a few years ago 'cause the original, from somewhere else, also had a poly tub with a busted-out bottom from tossing firewood into it in cold weather. This one was thicker, & supposedly more durable. Yeah, right! Naturally, TSC doesn't sell replacement tubs for it. However, while I was on TSC's site, I read all the reviews on this thing. Without fail, every reviewer that used it to haul firewood had busted the bottom out of it.
If anyone wants the particulars, PM me.
I was actually looking into windows but I've always heard skylights leakedHey, you always wanted a skylight there anyway, didn't you?
Quote: Think about it...if skylights leaked, why would so many people have them installed in the roof of their house? Of course, if they're installed improperly to begin with, they're going to leak.
Whites with the luck I've had, i can't count on anything being installed properly these days. I also had a water issue in my basement that my family told me was completely fixed prior to use buying the house....Think about it...if skylights leaked, why would so many people have them installed in the roof of their house? Of course, if they're installed improperly to begin with, they're going to leak.
