Hey y'all!

I'm new a second opinion on this:
I'm wanting to start a Lavender Naked Neck project. And in order to get the Lavender gene into the naked necks, I need a Lavender bird. So my 2 options are Orpington or Ameraucana. Should I go for the bigger sized Orpington or the blue egg laying Ameraucana?

Usually if they can't see what they are looking for the first time they try again......at least I thought the did.

according to them her basic labs were fine, I assume her lows and highs are not great enough to cause any alarm.  But I would think they would have ran specific tests for her.  Nothing was done.  Makes me so mad the doc wont return my calls.  I feel horrible I know for a fact she is in pain, she wakes up moaning all night and when she doesnt know we are checking on her, her face still in grimace and holding gut.  She is barely eating lost 4 lbs as of Friday, no clue how much now.  I feel bad because I have to tell her suck it up and deal with it because you have to go to school at this point, because I have no answers or reasons for her not to go, its not gonna happen I know it, but ugggggggg I feel so confused at this point.

Did they check for Amebas? Maybe she became allergic to lactose ?
