I collected a Pekin egg today. I walked out of the coop, and smashed it on the ground. I don't want anymore ducks! Duckling can have other animals!

Oh and the Altsterier taste like chicken too. It is gone. One good thing about smaller breeds not much leftover. Course this one was younger, so smaller yet.

Toads while tasting like chicken, make about 3 weeks of left overs for 2.

We just can't seem to get through it all before it goes bad. This is why I chose this breed.

There are 4 out 3 royal pearls (I think) and a lavender. There are also at least 4 other pips/zips and I think the last one is pipped but I'm not sure.

I end up cutting mine up before I freeze them, otherwise it would go to waste also.

There is only so much 2 people can eat...

I have my first Partridge Chanticler of the year!!! 

Changing the batting lineup made a difference.  Weinerhead is way more aggressive with the girls than his Dad, Ed was.  Ed took no for an answer. Weinerhead doesn't! 


I sure hope Weinerhead Jr is a boy!  I need an early rooster, the Chantilcer Club show is in Minnesota this  year and I want to win it!
