EDUCATIONAL INCUBATION & HATCHING CHAT THREAD, w/ Sally Sunshine Shipped Eggs

Locks are for honest people. They won't stop someone intent on breaking into your house.

Correct most of the time production homes have the door inside the garage unlocked due to the fact if they break in the side door they are going to get in the house from there. At least with that left open they don't destroy it as well.

When is lock down for ducks?
Is turning them three times a day goog enough?
Has any one hatched out anacona ducks before?
Welcome! There are a number of folks who hatch ducks who are active here, and at least one (maybe a couple) who breed anconas, but they aren't on right now. Hopefully someone will give you a good answer from experience tomorrow (I hatch, but not ducks). And indeed the info and links to posts at the beginning of the thread is awesome - most of the advice you'll get is in there as well.

Didn't find more. Although there could have been. Tractor moving compost pile. Oaks in area along with pallets. Does not have a loose bell like the false morel

Looks like a morel to me also, maybe looks old, unsure better pic would help. False morels don't look anything like a morel IMHO.
I've been making tea from chaga and reishi last couple yrs from one's I've found. DW said I was going to poison myself... Nothing looks like a big burnt piece of bear turd on a birch tree, or reishi which is pretty distinctive also. There is no known poisonous polypores that look like either IMHO.

It looks like one, but growing in the wrong place. That said, you have a whole different group of mushrooms out there from what we have here. I do not even have books for out there.

You should post this on the mushroom thread where the real experts are,
