EDUCATIONAL INCUBATION & HATCHING CHAT THREAD, w/ Sally Sunshine Shipped Eggs

Broody hens are not an incubator. They do not have artificial humidity added to them. They do not get as good of a hatch rate as I do.

I follow the NPIP rules here in Minnesota. That means disinfected eggs, Disinfected hatcher, cages and nothing goes into the incubator but distilled water.

An opened package sterile glove is no longer sterile.

I am semi-anal about my hatching.
You must get over 100% hatch rates all the time. Tell me, how do you do it?? :bow

I want to be the healthiest corpse ever! :lau

Oh come on, Have you ever seen the conditions broody hens hatch in?

Creamed corn = yum!

No!

If it has a minus sign it would be red, not black.

I'll never have rental property again. Much nicer to invest in stock market. Maybe you have better renters in Israel though.
I don't understand the Stock market, but rental in Israel is one of the best investment!

Hens were doing a pretty fair job of hatching eggs long before man came along & decided he could do better. .
