How on earth Does one get a chicken to soak their feet? That might be a sight to see. Set up an exhibit and charge a fee to look. . bam there's your vet money!

I have a cage set up in a "shower base" it hold about 3-4 inches of water. I put the bird in it, lock the door and forget the bird for an hour.

I solved the issue, at least for now. Ground up enough of my regular pelleted feed (like all flock) to fill a small Mason jar

You could also soak the pellets in water to about oatmeal consistency. Mine love the chick starter wet.
