Put my next batch of eggs into lockdown. They were rocking like crazy last night! Not due to hatch till 15th, but I suspect they will be early as the bator was running a bit hot!

Buddy of mine suggested something I should've thought about for your goats. You can get orange dog collars, either all-over orange or with orange reflector strips sewn on. I also used to use orange sleeves over regular collars

You can get orange paint for the goat!!!

And you don't have to worry about them getting the collar stuck on a branch and ripping the orange off them!!!

Honeybee came early! Went into labor at 4AM yesterday morning and had him out by 1:30PM. He's 41cm and 3.27 kg. No epidural, no pain meds, and I was even able to pull him out myself once the shoulders came out. Progression was way too fast for very many interventions!

He's such a cute little boy. I didn't know I could love this much until I had him, and it makes me love my husband even more to have this little bit of us in the world.
