EDUCATIONAL INCUBATION & HATCHING CHAT THREAD, w/ Sally Sunshine Shipped Eggs

$.20! I wish! They must be more, aren't they? I didn't have any cartons when I started. I had to buy some. On sale, here they are $.25. Now I have stacks of used cartons, each family has their own bag...lol.
I buy a pack that holds 35 eggs each x 12 for .99 they are sealed up in a plastic bag. I keep them for shipped eggs to rest, toss them when done. Then use new ones for candling etc.

I typically do not clean my eggs before incubating, if there is visible "dirt" I do clean that off. I use Wipe 'n Wash egg cleansing Towelettes from TSC.

I bet you look at food when it falls on the floor and brush the hair off and eat it cause it looked clean!! :lau:lau:lau:lau:lau:gig

Setting dirty eggs is so 14th century!:old:old:old:caf

Ouch! We can live in pain together...lol!
I store all of my eggs in Flats in the house refer. And my egg people bring their own cartons. I write their name on their cartons and keep them for next time they're ready. keep them in the barn refrigerator
