EDUCATIONAL INCUBATION & HATCHING CHAT THREAD, w/ Sally Sunshine Shipped Eggs

True enough! I ran into that problem years ago with a pair of Yard Man riding mowers. I bought one new, & before long it quit going forward (Peerless transmission defect). I had the service man out here 5 times to fix it (Lemon Law only required 3 times) before I told them to bring me a replacement. Of course, the replacement had the same problem. I haven't owned a Yard Man product since. The company was taken over by MTD, as were most other residential mowers, including the International Cub Cadet. MTD has recently sold out, I understand; I don't know who took over.

If I don't soon get some satisfaction, I'm going to use the Lemon Law again, if possible.
This finally worked for us on the refrigerator. However I had to buy another of theirs and since they are going out of business not much hope on the new ones warranty. The store in our city is one of the ones that are being closed

No lemon law attorneys around this area; have to look elsewhere. May have to check into Consumer Protection Agency.

CA lemon laws states that in order to be a lemon 4 parts have to be replaced within a years period. And you’d better keep records here because theirs is inaccurate. Any service call that’s just a repair no parts no credit towards lemon.

May turn out the same way here, since the rest of the country seems to want to follow everything CA proclaims, for some reason. It's a wonder the rest of us can function w/o CA's guidance.

What was your worming method???:pop
they were cheap, no idea of breeds

They didn't like the wazine so I was actually just about to ask you which ivermectin to order. My other thought though was equine oral ivermectin it's only like $2 and can treat up to 1200#

Thoughts?
