What projects you have going? Just trying to keep up on grass cutting has been a battle for now.

Trying to wrap up the greenhouse; still need to put the clear plastic on the ends, put more slats in the bottom of the beds before I line them with something porous that will drain, while keeping the soil in place. Maybe we'll forego all that & go with the little seed starter pots that can be planted in the garden. Not sure what DW has in mind; I'm just the cheap labor.

Also dismantling skids, mainly for slats in the greenhouse beds, and hopefully for a better, larger coop to replace the chinese wanna-be coop that's starting to go already. Sally's rubbing off on me even though she's jumped ship.

Then I'm thinking very seriously about building a permanent hoop coop to replace the tractor I built last year and don't care for.

Sally had her surgery last Wednesday, was home on Friday, she's in some pain.

I was just thinking yesterday that her surgery had to be getting real close. That poor kid's been through the wringer for way too long, but ya gotta hand it to her; she's got guts & keeps bouncing back. Next time you talk to her, tell her she's always on my mind & in my prayers.

its actually good right now but of course we have a heat warning for the weekend. This is progress so far just in case I didn’t post. It’s been busy here.

I've giving everybody a break from my

For a bit but I had to share this.
Fast FWD to date.. our house has new occupants.. Power bill went from $168 to .
DH completely rebuilt our clothes dryer to make it more energy efficient. Never had the need. We use the Sun to dry clothes. Trying to make everybody happy.. except hubby freaking on the power bill.
He made a bumper sticker and stuck it next to the start button on the dryer.

3" of rain in 1.5 hours and a sow in labor!
