EE 21 weeks, hen or roo?

I can't have roos. This is my smallest chicken and most shy. So far I think she is a she but I caught her making some weird sounds the other day. Not cock a doodledoos, more like 2 crows in a row. What do you think? Hen or roo?

Roosters wattle usually shows up and out completely by that age so I am guessing hen!
No sickle feathers either and hackles are round. She is some kind of Polish mix? Stunning head colors!

I'm no expert, but looks like a pullet to me. If she is, you should know for sure soon, that comb is red!

Bearded birds generally don't grow wattles.

To me, it looks like a pullet that's getting ready to lay. She was probably practicing her egg song.

She's an Easter Egger. Her coloring has developed as she's gotten older. I've heard that they are notoriously hard to sex. I was just so shocked to hear her crow like she did. It was the strangest sound.
