EE Cockerel?

We have 2 EEs and I am pretty sure that one may be a cockerel, here is the one in question

Can you set bird down and get a natural, standing pic? Seeing shading over wingbows and "the whole picture" is better for sexing

I tried to get a good pic of him standing but he didn't want to stay still...

His comb seems swollen and slightly pink and hers is yellow and completely flat... They r almost 5 wks for reference

Maybe a cockerel. For me still a little young to tell

Keep a watch on the feathers around the shoulder. Most ee males will have a red band across the wing.
