Here are some pics of it though, hahah. not really plumage, but, I'm getting to that..........

okay, now onto plumage........ these babies are nearing their 7 week old mark. I say 5 pullets, 2 roos. These are the babies me and my 7 year old daughter, saved, hatched....etc. etc.

here is my broody batch of 4.

this is what they looked like before

this is them now..... I guess 3 pullets, one roo. but iffy on the white and grey one. The black and white is a definite roo.

the baby beside mom, is the same baby as the individual baby above, she is out of an Australorp hen, EE daddy.

emjay - gorgeous Easter Eggers! Especially love the one that almost looks like a Silver Duckwing, also the one that looks like of like a Silver Campine. I would LOVE to have that color in my flock!!

It is a pullet, trust me.

I've seen em before, and the males don't come like that.

Here's a few of my girls. They're 7 wks old now. Unfortunately, I didn't get pics when I got them. I ordered 7 pullets. 3 had chipmunk markings and now two look like this...

and one like this

One was similar to the chipmunk marked ones but her markings weren't as defined and she had very dramatic Cleopatra eye markings and now looks like this...

akpeeps - Love the variety you got, especially the pullets in photos #4-6. They are all very pretty girls.
