Your ee looks like my pullet did at that age.

I've got one that looks just like yours at 15 weeks, it isn't a real good pic but she is in the middle:

And then here is my EE rooster at 15 weeks, I sure don't have any trouble telling the difference between a pullet and a roo in my bunch.
