I've wondered but have never heard her/him try to crow. She/he wagged her tail back and forth. Do roosters do that too?

rooster take time to mature. And yes sometimes rioster wag tails too. I am not sure how that would affect gender....

roosters mature at different rates especially when it comes to different breeds

yep he's a rooster! may need to change his name from Precious. He is bigger than his dad.
