Looks like pullet. A pic of the comb would help!

Assuming it is around 3/4 weeks of age and not seeing a complete view of its comb, I'm leaning toward the suspicion it's a pullet, although it could end up being a cockerel! :/ You really can't tell for sure until they hit at least 7 weeks... What adorable chicks!

Actually with those thick legs it could be cockerel.
