Freezing: Just crack them into a bowl, whisk lightly. pour into freezer bags or ice cube trays then turn them out into plastic bags for storage. One cube is 1 egg

bake a 6 month supply of 10 egg cake, it should freeze well, also lots of pre made quiche that can be used for a weekend breakfest, with extra's call your local church or bring them on sunday if you attend
