I posted these guys a few weeks ago and got some hope. I’m back and nervous. One Brahma is a boy as it looks like it has some shiny feathers coming and it has darker patches on the wings. The other? A girl? Hopefully. The three EEs REALLY make me nervous as they’re apparently difficult to gender and my mom has wanted blue egg layers for a loooong time and we’ve never had good luck with them. Now, all five were sexed and purchased as pullets but heh, we know how that works.
EE number 1- this comb makes me a little nervous...

They all look similar color wise which is either a really good thing or a really bad thing... these guys are around 7 weeks old.
Pepper- I will honestly be heartbroken because she’s the only one super chill enough for me to touch her without being super uncomfortable...

I think the first three are all pullets, I’ve been told that the salmon colored breast is a female color pattern. I’m going to leave the last one to the experts!

I’ve heard that EEs do have female/male specific colorings but I have no idea what they are. I was hoping that would be the case.

They all look like pullets so far! An easy way to tell is that males have a prominent 3-rowed combs, so it doesn't matter if your female has a comb as long as it's not prominently 3-rowed
Looking at one of the EEs as I put them up for the night, one of them does have a more prominent 3-rowed comb than the others. I can try to get a follow up pic tomorrow so you can take a look...
