Very crappy customer service: THIEVES!!! They stole my pic of my Crested White duckling off a Yahoo group I am in (off the homepage) and used it on their website to sell their birds! I was hopping mad. They offered to appease me by giving me a $50 credit towards an order. So I ordered 10 Crested White ducklings. They promised me a mix of males & females, with the biggest crests they had. I got 95% males!! Most with very small crests, NOTHING useful for my breeding program! I got USED! Do not buy from these shysters! They cannot be trusted. Poor quality birds and they will ship you all their excess males!
