egg bound chicken

our hen is very ill. can she be egg bound and if so, how can we tell and how can we help her? She goes back and forth from acting like it is her last breath to looking around. She is drinking water but not eating. She keeps rocking herself up and down. Any help asap would be so appreciated.

do you think she can be egg bound? She expelled some fluid last night and looked as if she would die any minute. this morning her head is up and is keeps raising and lowering her rear end. tail feathers are still down. will not eat but drinks water when I offer it. She has been in different places each time I look in the coop we have her in. I only have a calcium pill with vitamin D. I can't use that, can I?
