Egg bound duck possibly

I believe my duck is egg bound, but i have done everything for her that i’ve read about and nothing has helped.. need some advice for this, i noticed this started when i changed foods. Could it be the food??

That looks heavy how does it feel is it squishy or hard? Tell us all you have done so far.

That actually looks like fluid build up. Vet would need to drain that and it doesn't always work.

I’ve lubricated and set her in a luke warm water, set moist towels in a cage for her. And it’s squishy. I’ve been trying to help her and nothing seems to work)-: my poor baby..

A Vet would be needed. That develops into infection. Jeepers I'm sorry. Putting them down is an option too. Generally they need more than you can provide at home.

Maybe not egg bound or fluid, explain about the feed what you were feeding and what they are on now. How is she acting is she sick not eating laying around not interested in her flock or life? I don't think culling would be needed now or even at all if any or all of these are negative . Just my humble opinion though
