How do you know if she has laid if she is in with the others? It could be an infection EYP or something else only way to know for sure would be a vet maybe an X-ray blood work examine? You can try just letting her bathe as often as she like or molting will take care of the oil on her feathers you could try washing off the ones that are Oily with ACV just those that are oily then she’ll oil them up with her own oil . There is also astites when fluid build up inside the abdomen but again no way of knowing for sure.
Thank you for all of your help.

They only started laying about 3 days ago, the first day there were 2 eggs, the second (yesterday) there was 1 egg and this morning there were zero eggs. Since she's had the odd behavior and this visible big swollen spot since 3 days ago, I've just assumed it was likely that she was dealing with something egg-related and that she has not laid any eggs.
The last 3 days she's spent a ton of time in the coop or alone to one corner of the pen while the others stay in the pen, in their pool, etc. When they are out ranging, she stays with the group but otherwise in the pen itself she's off to the side or she's in the coop away from everyone else.
We have 9 khaki campbells... We're suspicious that at least 2 of the ducks are drakes but as many as 4 of the 9 could be. None have their sex tail yet (they are 17-18 weeks old) but several have orange feet and their heads are getting darker. I worry that if there are too many drakes, maybe she's been injured in mating? I just wish I had a better way of explaining all of this to y'all and getting your experienced opinions on this stuff!!
