Egg bound symptoms

Our hen was egg bound 2 weeks ago but hot it out herself. We found her partially prolapsed and bleeding, and a bloody egg in the box. The prolapse went back in on its own and we kept her separated in the dark for 4 days. We started adding calcium to their diet and I don't think she had laid since. Today she is very lethargic, not wanting to walk or eat etc. I did not feel an egg when I felt in her vent about 2" in. She is straining, has watery stools.
I syringed her baby food mixed with a crushed tums. Any tips? She's a 2 yrs old golden sex link.

I suggest soaking hr chest and stomach in warm water to get anything out of hr system and keep giving them calcium that will help.

Doing that, we separated her again too. Her whole back end is red, not just the vent. And she seems to have a fluid filled sac where her neck meets the chest. Is this normal? Size of a golf ball.
