Egg bound

One of my hens is eggbound. I have bathed her in warm Epsom salts for 20 mins and tried massagimg her. I can feel the egg in her about an inch back but there is a layer of skin in-between it and my finger preventing it coming out. I have lubed with vaseline and when she strains it is starting to prolapse. The prolapse goes back in. Can I manipulate the egg past the skin?

She's stood up panting and her vent is throbbing.

She died. Omlet 1yr old Araucana.

Thankyou. I tried everything I could. I just couldn't get the it out. Thing is , when she died the egg came out.
