Egg bound?

Does this hen look egg bound? She's acting funny and I can't tell.

What is her cloaca doing while she sets?
Has she laid eggs recently?
Does she pace and then return to setting and repeating the pattern?

Following because one of my ISA Brown has raised back and her vent is pulsing and she has a little bit of a runny bum. I cooked oatmeal yesterday and shared with them.And I wonder if she’s been laying the “deflated balloon” eggs

Also the flock has been eating mulberries. I saw green berries on the ground after a storm (maybe she ate some unripe berries)? Making her a bath

I have lots of mulberries and my birds would come out in the morning immediately looking for what fell during the night. I don't think green berries would cause issues either.
