Egg bound?

My chicken is usually very reliable gg later but I fear she may he egg bound, she has in the past laid large eggs for her bantam size, she hasn't laid in weeks, she is now quiet keeps seperated from the others, and is just listless, when I feel her for an egg she feels soft and I can't tell if she has one or not and she constantly has poppins stuck to her butt and back feather which is rare for all my birds. I attached a photo and appreciate any advice, I've soaked her in warm water and tried warm towels

She doesn't look egg bound. She might have lice, mites, or worms. So try treating her for that. Also, you should wash those vent feathers.

Yes I soaked her and washed the backside, I checked for lice and mites, didn't see any :/ and if it's worms how would I know and what is the best way to treat? All my other birds are fine
