Yes I understand. She does feel a bit more swollen towards her rump than my other girls do. Yes I understand it’s a serious issue that’s why I’m trying to consult the chicken pages. I’ve read I’m looking for Baytril or amoxicillin but I don’t think my farm store has that. It doesn’t look like it’s available on Amazon. I’ll call my vet but they don’t treat poultry.You can compare with your other girls if you need, but if she is feels squishy in the back like a water balloon or firm but lumpy she may have egg yolk peritonitis which is a larger issue than just one shell-less or broken egg.
