Help what should I do one of my egg broke at the bottom and I did not know until I went to candle it. Do I need to clean the incubator and if so how do I do it without killing the rest?

How far into the incubation are you? Unless you are very near the end, clean the incubator quickly and get the temp and humidity back up to where it should be. It won't hurt the eggs if they cool down a bit.

Some of my sitting hens get off the nest for almost hour everyday and their eggs hatch just fine. I don't imagine it would take you that long to clean out the incubator :)

Yes , clean it as soon as possible , use a little bleach to clean then flush several times with just water.....if you don't clean , you'll have the rotten egg smell and it will kill the other eggs.....I had this happen before with chick and guinea eggs , collected and put in incubator , then had a smell start and then thoroughly inspected and found cracks in shells.....the air must be clean or it will choke and kill the others.
