So I started a batch last week and today I candled them at 7 days. All 12 of them were the same. Looks like no development at all. We're they not fertilized? Any advice for future reference.

They do have a bit of orange hue. In my eggs, those usually start developing. But by day 7, you should see alot of blood vessels, and I'm not seeing any in that picture.

What breed are they, and shell color? Also what type of incubator are you using, and temperature settings?

One other thing, candling from the fat end, thru the air cell will usually give a more definite view of early blood vessels.
 
When candling from the fat end at this stage you should definitely be able to see some veining starting and some sort of development of the air cell. Unfortunately, I don't see either. Could you maybe take some better pics when candling from that end?
