Egg Countdown!

So, Wednesday will be 2 weeks since the “squatting” started and no eggs yet My Olive Egger started Squating the Saturday after this post and she hasn’t laid yet either. We also brought home a 4 month old bantam rooster (pet for my husband) so maybe his presence might help?

Actually might hinder due to stress from 'young cockerel trying to mount everything constantly'....or not, time will tell.

Yesterday was officially 2 weeks since the Legbar started squattting. Now both hens have Semi open vents and deep squat. I’ve searched my back yard and I can’t find a single egg. Could I keep them penned for a few days and maybe force them to lay in the coop or maybe they still aren’t laying??? Idk

Might be a good idea.
I have a 20wo that's red as heck and has spread points....any minute now.
Last sure sign is messing the nests....which I haven't seen here yet.

The Supposed Olive egger pullet laid a pretty little brown egg a few minutes ago!!! Finally. Still no egg from my Cream Legbar
