I cracked an egg to see if it was fertile..I am thinking it may be, if I could get a pic to post I would get a second opinion. I have been going out there daily and putting the eggs in the nest and you can tell one of then has been moving them around in the nest, but they are still laying on them on the ground in the same spot in a little bit of mud from them splashing water from their pool. If I move the next box to that spot do you think she would lay in the box or would she just start laying somewhere else? She lays them in the mud then rolls them around in it to make them dirty, im,guessing so that the egg is less visable.
