We looked in the bator and there was an egg with a crack all around it like it is getting ready to hatch, but the egg turner is still in there and it is 4 days early what will happen?

I think if it was me I'd take the turner out or if you can at least turn it off...
  3. i agree with pamperedpoultry. But, i don't think it's possible for an egg to hatch that early. Is it possible you miscounted the days?

OR, is the egg simply cracked? Can you hear chirping?

I would also agree on the high temp as being the culprit.

I used to have my incubators in the garage. Last summer when it was real hot I had a hard time getting my temps to regulate during the hottest part of the day while I was at work I had a batch that started hatching 4 days early. So I'd agree your temps where to high.

if one is hatching the others you set with it should be ready so they all need to be out of the turner and the humidity raised.
