this is what my hen looked like too..she layed a couple of normal eggs then they started getting stuck. then the eggs would come out but , um, her innards were on her outer....I talked to our local chicken expert and he said the prognosis was not good, as it is VERY difficult for a young layer to stop laying, and every time she layed(or pooped) her vent would protrude. It was very sad but I had to have her put down.
