Egg is stuck

It's a first egg for this bullet the egg is out but it's covered in a bloody sack that is protruding from her butt and I don't know what to do. She's letting me hold her while I mess with it trying to pull the feathers off of it but I don't know what to do somebody please help us here's a picture

The sack appears to be attached to her somehow I hope somebody sees this soon it's almost dark
