Even in Hawaii your daylight hours will change. If you include twilight you're just over 12 hours of light right now which might not be enough. Did you have quail last winter and did they lay?

We didn’t have quail last winter... maybe it’s just what they’ll do! Will have to wait and see next year I guess. If it is the daylight hours, which coming from a place with daylight savings, I haven’t noticed a difference, it’s likely something we’ll have to deal with as there’s no additional lighting options where they are ah well! They can have a vacay! Lol
