egg laying

my freind had chickens ( EastinChickens) and for some reason all of her hens lay there eggs in the same nest every day they wont lay in a seperate nest box, yes she has other nest boxes but they just wont one lays in the food dish if that counts but does any one know a way to were the hens will start laying in there own nest box or in a seperate part of the coop?

I have 4 nesting boxes, and 11 hens. They all prefer one box, and I'll get 9 or 10 eggs in that one and 1 or 2 in one of the others. It happens.

Ditto what the above poster said!! They have their favorite nest box and that's it!!
