Egg Peritonitis Help

Pics
Definitely good.
Well today has started off to be a better day! From the moment of waking up Margaret free ranged and has been going for 20 minutes! I turned over a bunch of rocks for them to get worms and she is all over it! She hasn’t rested once! 🙏🏻💕 Her eyes still look a little sick but I’m so happy with this progress! I will continue with antibiotics and calcium and pray for more recovery! I’m seriously going to buy live worms for them today! Anything to fill her tummy! Thank you again!! She is so much more alert and happy! 😭😭😭😭🐓♥️

That's what we want to see - progress. I think she's now on her way to a full recovery.
Do you think an Epsom bath would be good today? I truly cannot thank you enough. You have guided me so much through this! Here is one more cute pic.. she is continuing hospital breaks for sure because she drinks more when in her box. 😊

Whatever you wish to do that you feel would give her a lift. Why spoil her only halfway?

I adore Brahmas. I have one just like yours that's going on thirteen years old. They are as snuggly a breed as I've ever encountered.
Awww 13 years old! Wow! She is our sweetest girl! All of ours are pretty sweet and friendly but Margaret is so cuddly! 🥰 I’ll do the bath a bit later. She is quite tired from her busy morning ♥️🐓

She is still have a great day! She isn’t 100% by any means and I’ve been giving her breaks all day in the house to rest. She ate worms today and free ranged a lot! No interest in her layer feed but hopefully that comes back! Do I keep the antibiotics going for the full 10 days? Calcium for how many more days... thank you! 🙏🏻😊

Resuming laying will be up to her. It remains to be seen if she will. But don't be disappointed if it's not until the end of January as the days are too short on daylight presently.

Keep up the calcium for a couple more days to be safe.

Oh! I’m not disappointed at all! She is my pet before giver of eggs! I don’t care if she never lays again! I was under assumption she HAD to lay or else... 🤣 She is tuckered out.. free ranged a lot today, ate worms and hung with her flock. She went to bed early and I’m okay with that. Praying tomorrow is even a little better. Thank you 💕
