Pellet stove auger motors turn very slow,like 1rmp and they are also gear motors with a lot of torque.They can be found for cheap money at surplus center .com

Just to update the granger part number, there is a new sub for
Grainger stock # is 3M095-------Product is discontinued

Coorecting myself once more (and hopefully for the last time)... there is a more Beefy motor 100 lbs/in that I think is better for the job. In fact there is a 200 lbs/in motor but its not cheap.
