Hey BYC peeps- I have 18 hens that are 3 years old and recently I have encountered some gross egg experiences. When I crack the shell, the inside is runny and milky as if scrambled already 🤮. No smell. Backstory: no change in feed, it’s been 100 for weeks now, I always do the float check to be safe. Any insight appreciated!

Where are they layed and what's the temperature where you are? Saw a thread recently where the eggs had started cooking before they were collected.

Hi! The eggs were in nesting box. That would make sense if they were cooking- maybe eggs with thinner shells?
