oh goodness, i was thinking today was Tuesday. I think by now, I would help it zip. Just the cap...the air cell end. Then it should be able to push out on its own.

Got home early. Checked on duck. Good thing I didn't help earlier...yolk not all absorbed. About a fingernail/small grape sized yolk sack still on abdomen. Now I need to find out what to do... iodine it? Remove from incubator and put it alone in a sterile as possible warm place by itself? ???? Now to google...

Just leave it in the incubator. Maybe put it in a cup that will keep it form moving all over.
