Eggcited more eggs

:/ So my hens are now about 24 weeks old. I have one hen who has been laying for about 2 weeks, a second that has been laying for about a week and now a third one has started. I got all of my pullets at the same time. I have 6 hens in my flock and was wondering if this is normal? :/
