Eggs are day 14 and day 10..

Ok so this is my first batch of hatching eggs..

I have 4 eggs that are on day 14 and
14 eggs on day 10.. all are Silkies

I haven't recently candled any yet.. I did last week, kind of nervous to do it!
it was still little hard to tell.

I took a flash light to some this morning seen a few Im very hopeful of
will do them all later tonight.. and mark them, and look more closely at them..

question do I Candle them from the air pocket or bottom or top.. this is all so confusing and new to me.. Afraid of hurting them..

any pointers would be great..

Yes.
Best to candle in a very dark room, easier to see.

ok so I did candle them.. however one egg has nothing in it..

the rest have something in them as they are all dark.. the dark ones hoping they are the chicks?? I just cant see anything in them and definitely cant see into them only the air pocket

I can only see spider (bloodlines) in a few (maybe 3-4) of the 14 (10 days) seen with movement.. Hope they are all ok.

I know some are known to hatch around day 16-18 days..
should I put them in separate incubator on Sunday..
