Eggs are freezing before I can collect them

I only get frozen eggs if I don't collect before dark. Only when it gets below 30* I don't have a light on and the only coop tba freezes is my coop that is not insulated.

Just thought I would mention something I read recently in a poultry magazine. Someone wrote a nice article about using seedling mats to keep nest boxes warm- no frozen eggs! They also used seedling mats under their waterers to keep them ice free. I Just ordered one for $20.00 on Amazon- uses 17 watts and warms up to 20 degrees over ambient room temp. Hope this helps.
