eggs are shrinking!

Over the past two weeks some of my hens have started laying smaller eggs, really small, like windpuffs. They have yolks and really hard shells. These hens have been laying for a couple of months. Any ideas?

I was going to say maybe not enough calcium until i read that they have hard shells. This is tough...

Smaller frying pan maybe? Or you can sell them as ornamentals? Ok just kidding! I have no idea other than maybe needing more protien?

ok let me ask what you feed them? If you feed them oyster shells it will make your egg healthier. not just calcium.
