Not to confuse you, but those were not for Pullet eggs. But still totally crazy!

Well, I sold 5 dozen eggs! The secretary at work I only charged $2.50 but people off the road I got $3. It turns out a large farm up the road recently raised their prices to $3.50. I even had a lady show up yesterday even though I covered my sign because I was out of eggs. (I did have 1 dozen to sell her but that was it) I only have 9 birds and guess what I might do this morning - buy 6 more chickens! If I only had a larger hen house! This is fun- but I doubt I ever make a mint - the hen house and run and other suppliest cost $1,400. (I built the hen house good) Thanks to all for your input.

P.S. Walmart has brown eggs for 1.82, cage free for 2.82 and cage free organic for 3.98 - so i think $3 is reasonable
