I guess this may sound stupid but I am wondering how long eggs stay good for? I know everything has a shelf life - what is the shelf life of our yummy fresh eggs?

I have heard 2-3 weeks un-refrigerated and 4-5 months is properly kept in a frig. For best results and longevity don't wash your eggs, it takes the bloom off, which protects the egg.

Moetrout I have never heard of that "bloom" I need to do some research on that.

leave the bloom on them, and if the carton is sealed in a zip lock in the fridge they will keep 6-7 months. mine never last that long though... lol
